Mrs. Shirley Etta Williams, 64, of Goodrich, Texas was born August 17, 1956 in Houston, Texas to parents, L.B. Banks and Beatrice (German) Banks, and passed away March 23, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her son, Patrick Pena of Houston, Texas; brothers, LeRoy Banks and Larry Banks both of Goodrich, Texas, and Steve Price and wife, Lisa of Diboll, Texas; sisters, Riva Mae Smith and husband, Austin, Melva Lyn Eaves all of Pinehurst, Texas, and Martha Dailey of Palestine, Texas; step-mom, Doris Pace of Livingston, Texas; nieces, Tammy DeFeaver of Michigan, Emily Schmidt of Livingston, Texas, and Kimberly Dennis and husband, Sammy Ray of Oklahoma; nephews, Johnny Eaves, Charles Eaves, and Theodore Forest Eaves all of Canyon Lake, Texas, David Dailey of Palestine, Texas, and Michael Lester and wife, Courtney of Goodrich, Texas; and great-nephews, Mason Lester and Dennis Lester both of Goodrich, Texas, and Mitchell Kain of Oklahoma; along with numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
