Stella Belle Langley age 84 of Livings tn passed away on Sunday August 30, 2009. Funeral services will be held Wednesday September 2, 2009 at 10:00AM in the Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Larson officiating. Burial will follow in the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday August 1, 2009 from 5:00Pm until 10:00PM at Cochran Funeral Home.

Stella was born February 28, 1925 on the Reservation to parents James Feagin Sylestine and Mary Thompson Sylestine. She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband Monroe Langley.

She is survived by her daughters Janie Rhinesnith and husband Chuck of Livingston, Diana Reed of Livingston, Gloria Accuttoroop of Livingston, Evalyn Beard and husband Wesley of Tyler, and Jeri Harris and Husband Clint of Spurger, son Luther Langley of Lufkin. She is also survived by her brother Chief Oscola Sylestine and wife Ethelyn of Livingston, sisters Annabelle Alex of Livingston, and Isabele Celestine of Houston, 17 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers will be David Reed, Joshua Langley, Ethan Harris, Nathan Lewis, Benjamin Reed and Callatano Padilla.
