** Memorial services for Steven "Cotton" York Sr. will be held Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas with Pastor Charles Jones officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the service begins at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. **

Steven Wayne York Sr., 69, of Livingston, Texas was born October 8, 1951 in Edgewood, Texas to parents, Sherman York and Wilma Jean (McEnturff) York, and passed away February 19, 2021 in Livingston, Texas.

Steven is preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Pam York; mother, Wilma York; grandsons, Trey Brewster and William Brewster; and son-in-law, Albert Brewster.

Steven is survived by his father, Sherman York of Edgewood, Texas; daughter, Michelle Brewster and husband, Keith Styers of Onalaska, Texas; daughter, Kimberly Clarke and husband, Chuck Jones of Onalaska, Texas; son, Steven York, Jr. of Onalaska, Texas; daughter, Steffani Young and husband, Ricky of Onalaska, Texas; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; sister, Debbie Scates and husband, Robert of Tomball, Texas; and brother, Tommy York and wife, Kimberly of Weimer, Texas; along with numerous other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
