Funeral services for Stormy Gale O'Neill, 47, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Harold Isaacs officiating. Interment will follow in the Bold Springs Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.

Stormy was born on October 27, 1972 in Houston, Texas to parents, Robert Chumley and Sheila Byrd Venverloh and passed away in Livingston, Texas on September 13, 2020.  She is preceded in death by her father; grandfather, Shelton Byrd.  Stormy enjoyed spending time deer hunting and also was a member or the A.R.F. R.C. Club.

Stormy is survived by her husband, Frank O'Neill of Livingston, Texas; mother, Sheila Venverloh and Richard of Livingston, Texas; brother, Stacy Chumley, and sister-in-law, Keodaly of Spring, Texas; daughter, Angela Vickery; granddaughter by choice, Henley Smith; grandchildren Chris Wiggins, (Addy), Mathew Vickery, (Alexis), Megan Vickery, (Colton); great-grandsons, Braden, Tripp and Tyler; 2 nephews, Ian Chumley and Cole Chumley; along with other numerous relatives and friends.

Mrs. O'Neill will be escorted to her grave by pallbearers Stacy Chumley, John Spinks, Matthew Vickery, II, George Moran, Mike Muehr, Kirk Williams, J.R, Shomake and Gene Kohrman.

Honorary Pallbearers are the Members of the A.R.F. R.C. Club.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking a donation be made to the Polk County S.P.C.A in honor of Stormy Gale O'Neill.
