Memorial services for Susan Jordan, 66, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Steve Waldrep officiating.

Susan was born in Phoenix, Arizona to parents, Burtis and Louise Whitehead, and passed away June 14, 2019 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her son, John David Jordan and wife, Ramona of Trinity; son, Michael Wayne Jordan and wife, Tyrena of Devers; daughter, Crystal Jordan of Hardin; brothers, Wayne Whitehead and wife, Debra of Daisetta, Joe Whitehead of Huntsville, and Charles Whitehead of Trinity; sister, Evelyn Lawerence and husband, Dane of Livingston; 7 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
