Funeral services for Terri Jean Matthews, 63, of Votaw, Texas, will be held Monday, February 3, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. David Busby officiating. Interment will follow in the Holly Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the service begins at 2:00 p.m.

Terri was born December 8, 1956 in Houston, Texas to parents, George Quin and Margaret (Hilbun) Quin, and passed away January 30, 2020 in Votaw, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Chandler of Votaw; daughter, Angie Patterson and husband, Dobbie of Rye; son, Aaron Garcia of Rye; grandchildren, Heather Lyon, Sabrina Torres and Miguel, and Bryant Lyon and Desiree; and great-grandchildren, Tori, Brooklyn, Sophia, Emma, Konnor, Karson, and Harper; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
