A memorial service for Terry Carmene Birch, 70, of Livingston, Texas will be held Friday, June 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Miguel Smith officiating. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 12:00-3:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Terry was born May 17, 1956, in Houston, Texas and passed away June 8, 2026, in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Owen Birch and Levinia Carter Birch.

She is survived by her son, Matthew Brown and wife Stephanie of Livingston, Texas; grandson, Matthew Garrett Brown; and brothers, James Birch and wife Cynthiaof Houston, Texas, and Danny Birch and wife Jackie of Centerville, Texas; along with numerous other loved ones and friends.
