Funeral services for Thomas Floyd Dobbs, 78, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Tom Dobbs and Bro. Clint Ferguson officiating. Interment will follow at the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Dobbs was born July 1, 1948, in Livingston, Texas and passed away September 1, 2026, in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Troy Newton Dobbs and Floy Irvie (Parish) Dobbs; brother, Troy Harlan Dobbs; and sister, Mary Laverne Dillon.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Dobbs; son, David Dobbs; son and daughter-in-law, Tom Dobbs and Cathy; grandson and wife, Robert Dobbs and Kayla; granddaughter and husband, Sadie Vondra and Chris; granddaughter and husband, Meagan Bixler and Sean; 8 great grandchildren; and sister and brother-in-law, Mildred Clifton and Tommy Gene; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
