IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Thomas Henry
Hooper
November 9, 1930 – July 5, 2017
Thomas (Hoop) Henry Hooper, 86, of Livingston, left earth to be with his heavenly Father July 5, 2017. He died peacefully at his home surrounded by loved ones. He has lived in the Bold Springs Community of Livingston since 1999 after retiring as a sales representative for the 3M Corporation. He was a member of The American Legion in Livingston.
He remained active after retirement from 3M, working for Maddison, LLP in the advertising industry. He was born in Newark, NJ and is a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving in the Naval-Air branch of the military. Tom loved birdwatching as a hobby, fishing and hunting as pastimes. He was outgoing and felt a kinship with others, striking up conversations and making relationships with those who were at one time strangers to him. Vacationing to oceanside sites was a favorite activity for Tom.
He is survived by his loving wife Jeri and children: Thomas Hooper, Jr., of Tomball, TX; Loretta Hooper of Portland, TX; Anthony Hooper and wife Stacy of Cypress, TX; Tammy Foisy and husband, Rusty, of Porter, TX; stepson, Brandon Sherrill of Bridge City, TX.
