Graveside services for Thomas Samuel Moore, 87, of Conroe, Texas, will be held Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Garry Moore officiating. Military honors will be provided by VFW Post #8568. Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 4, 2020 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Moore went to be with our Lord and Savior on December 1, 2020 at his home in Conroe, Texas. He was born on January 22, 1933 in Oglesby, Texas to the late Guy Wesley Moore and Louise Bragewitz Moore.  Mr. Moore served in the US Army during the Korean War Era, where he was stationed in Japan as a carpenter. While serving his country, Mr. Moore was awarded the National Defense Service Medal.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Willie Mae Shotwell Moore; son, John Wayne Moore, brother, Quince Leonard Moore; sisters Mary Pauline McLelland and Lucille Waechter. He is survived by his sister, Ima Jean Odom, of Fort Worth, Texas, his four children, Joyce Kelch and husband John, of Conroe, Texas; Garry Moore and wife Deborah of Cleveland, Texas; Thomas Moore III of Conroe, Texas; Terri Ibarra and husband, Elias, of Conroe, Texas and daughter-in-law Teresa Moore of Conroe, Texas; thirteen grand-children; Tammi, Daniel, Brenda, Holly, Kelly, Aaron, Willie Ann, Anthony, Tara, Dustin, Jonathan, Bree and Alexus, along with numerous great grand-children, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
