Funeral service for Tiffany Lewandowski, age 33 of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, December 13, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Bro. Charles Johnson will conduct the service. Honorary Pallbearers will be Thurman, J.D., Joe, Clint, JoJo and Cameron.

Visitation will begin at 3:00 PM until 10:00 on Wednesday, December 13, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Tiffany was born on January 15, 1979, in Houston, Texas, to parents Perry Semons and Sharon Scroggins West. Tiffany and her brother, Gerritt Jacob John Klein passed away at the same time due to an automobile accident on December 8, 2012.

Tiffany is preceded in death by grandparents, Royce and B.J. Scroggins and Gene and Honey Semons. She is survived by husband, Jason Lewandowski of Goodrich, Texas; daughter, Chloe Semons and son, Tristan Lee Lewandoski of Goodrich, Texas; parents, Sharon and Arthur West of Goodrich, Texas, and Perry and Barbara Semons of Spring, Texas; three brothers and sisters-in-law and one sister and brother-in-law, Arthur and Shelly West of Houston, Texas, Laura Lee and J.D. Bass of New Braunfels, Texas, Chris and Lee Ann West of Cleveland, Texas, Michael and Shanna West of Nederland, Texas; grandmother, Donnie West of Houston, Texas; six nephews and three nieces; many aunts and uncles and a host of friends.
