Timothy is survived by his daughter, Meaghan Maddux; son, Timothy Maddux II; grandchildren, Marissa Fox, Khloe Fox, Gemma Maddux, and Maverick Maddux; siblings, Kimberly Miller and husband Matt Maddux, Terri Owensbey Maddux and partner Tony Carlo, Kandice Maddux, Russell Lee Thompson, Stephanie Maddux, and Kenneth Maddux Jr.; cousins, Jerry Maddux, Machelle Wallace, Jeff Maddux, and Paula Tisdale; as well as numerous other relatives and friends..

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Maddux; mother, Betty Gallivan; and uncle, Jerry Maddux.
