Travis Hampton Harney, 70, of Splendora, Texas, was born September 20, 1955 in Edinburg, Texas and passed away November 30, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Clarence Harney and Vivian Juanita (Hardy) Harney; and brother, John Harney.

Travis is survived by his wife, Annette Payne Harney; son, Chad Harney; daughter, Leslie Harney; son, Taylor Jace Harney; stepson, Steven Payne; stepdaughter, Stacy Payne; grandchildren, Trevor, Trent, Devin, Grace, Chesney, Kendal, Cody, Roper, and Ethan; and brother, Jerry Harney; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will be hold a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
