Funeral services for Troy Alvin Roberts, age 67, of Onalaska will be held Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 10:00am at the First Baptist Church in Onalaska, with Bro. Tom Merritt and Bro. Don Wilky Officiating. Interment to follow in the Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska. Pallbearers will be James Frazier, Tommy Phillips, Charles Carlson, Randy Smith, Mike Miller, and Tim Weaver. Honorary Pallbearers will be Curtis Phillips, Lucas Phillips, Matthew Bollinger, Pete Ardry, Jr., Charles Carlson, Pete Ardry, Sr., Christian Carlson, and John Gassiot.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Van Hurst Roberts and Essie Etoil Shelton, son, Billy Bob Ardry and brother, Ricky Joe Roberts.

He was born June 14, 1941 in Spur, Texas the son of Van Hurst Roberts and Essie Chambers Roberts, and passed away on April 17, 2009 in Huntsville, Texas.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Joan Roberts of Onalaska, Pete Ardry, son of Hawaii, Lola & Randy Smith, daughter & son in law of Newark, Texas, Joanna Frazier & Mike Miller, daughter & son in law of Port Charlotte, Florida, James Frazier, Jr., son, of Houston, Van & Tommy Phillips, daughter & son in law of Tomball, Texas, Essie & Charles Carlson, daughter & son in law of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, grandchildren, Pete Ardry, Jr., Matthew Bollinger, Curtis Phillips, Lucas Phillips, Charles Carlson II, Christian Carlson, Stefaney Durham, Alexas Hobbs, Chrystal Wiener, Amber Ardry, Jessica Frazier, Jennifer Smith, Kayla Bollinger, Amanda Bollinger, Ciera Carlson, Hunter Ardry, Cersti Carlson, Caitlyn Carlson, and Carley Carlson, great grandchildren, Alea Russell, Johnny Durham, Brendan Wiener, Ephram Wiener, and Samantha Wiener, Patricia & J.W.
