Obit for Urias Reyes
Funeral Services for Urias Reyes, age 24 of Goodrich, Texas, will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 2, 2012, at First Baptist Church in Livingston. Conducting the services are Rev. David Emmons, Rev. Marcelo Machuca and Rev. Billy Brown. Pallbearers are: Rigoberto Reyes, Fabian Reyes, Ernesto Machuca, Pablo Reyes, Nestor Machuca, Samuel Reyes, Alejandro Machuca and Mixsael Cuervo. Honorary Pallbearers are: Genaro Angel, Angel Machuca Garcia, Juan Machuca, Jose Roman Solis, Josie Machuca, Isaas Machuca, Angel Machuca Reyes, Alonzo Valerio, Ramon Merino, Jose Merino, Juan Carlos Merino, Pablo Reyes, Jr., Paul Homes, Alex Valerio, Tito Samuel Reyes and Elias Reyes.
Urias was born on January 5, 1988, in Houston, Texas, to parents Pedro Reyes and Julita Ninfa Machuca Reyes. He passed away on May 29, 2012, due to vehicle accident in Polk County. Urias was a member of The Church at Goodrich in Goodrich, Texas. He was a goal keeper/center defense El Tri Soccer Team ""04"" in Goodrich and played in the Church at Goodrich Band as a saxophone player. Urias was also an interpreter at his church. He worked as a teller for First National Bank in Livingston, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Silviano Reyes. Urias is survived by his parents, Pedro and Julita Reyes of Goodrich; two brothers and sister-in-law, Rigoberto and Alma Elisa Reyes and Fabian Reyes, all of Goodrich; sister, Jecsiba Hilda Reyes of Goodrich; grandparents, Ernesto Reyes, Guadalupe Cuervo Reyes, Jeronimo Machuca and Maria Isabel Romero Machuca; niece and nephew, Jared Ismael Reyes and Joselyn Isabel Reyes; aunts and uncles, Matilde Reyes, Bernarda Reyes, Alberta Machuca, Jose Reyes, Pablo Adrian Reyes, Efigenia Merino, Eutiquia Reyes, Rosario Ramirez , Rocio Moreno, Jesus Machuca, Tomas Machuca, Consuelo Machuca, Monico Machuca, Hipolito Machuca, Marcelo Machuca, Magdaleno Machuca, Pablo Machuca, Isaac Machuca and Juan Machuca; numerous cousins and other family; and numerous friends.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday, June 1, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston.
