Obituary
V.A. Cain age 81 of Lytle, formally of Livingston passed away Saturday May 15, 2010 in San Antonio. Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 19, 2010 at 11:00AM in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Robert Shaddock officiating. Burial will follow in the Magnolia Hill Cemetery.
V.A. was born October 28, 1928 in Polk County to parents Nick Cain and Maud Williams Cain. He worked for many years as the accounting manager of the H.B. Zachry Co.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Lucille Cain, brothers Shelton Cain, John Cain, and Roland Cain, and his sister Lottie V. Cain.
He is survived by his Daugherty Lottie Cain of San Antonio, sons Ronnie Cain and wife Lauri of Lytle, Gary Cain and wife Anita of Alvin, and grandchildren Steven Cain, Tammy McDonald both of Lytle and Krissy Cain Wade of Keller. He is also survived by his 7 great grandchildren.
