Services for Velma Myers Kincade, 79, of Livingston, Texas will be held Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Kevin Okonski officiating. Interment will follow at the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Vel was born January 16, 1946 in Livingston, Texas and passed away May 31, 2025 in Livingston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Edward "Biddie" Kincade; parents, Ross Howell Myers and Alma (Edmond) Myers; sister, Ann Joyner; and brothers, James Forrest "Bubba" Myers and John Wayne "Johnny" Myers.

She is survived by her son, Tracy Kincade and Kerri; Daughter, Misty Campbell and Randy; grandchildren; Garrison Kincade and Hannah, Case Campbell and Katie, Cade Campbell and Tiffany, Kade Walling and Jacey, and CJ Gearhart and Laci; great grandchildren, Scarlett, Anna, Rowdy, Dallas, Jaxon, Benji, Reese, Cutter, Hadley, Olivia, Case, and Luke; and nieces, Kaye Hendrix, Pud Bright, and Lin Fredrick; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
