Obituary
Graveside services for Velma Lee Proctor, 84, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Friday, August 14, 2015 beginning at 10:00 A.M. in the Mt. Rose Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Pastor James Hilton officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, August 14, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. until service begins.
Mrs. Proctor was born on September 16, 1930 in Saratoga, Texas to parents, Robert Earl Belcher and Lillie Mae (Askew) Belcher and passed away on August 11, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James "Huck" Proctor; son, Jackie Proctor; brother, Plaise Belcher; and sister, Marie Burks.
She is survived by her daughters, Irma Allen and Mike, Darlene Proctor both of Livingston, Texas; sons, James Proctor, Charles Proctor, John Thomas Proctor and Betty, and Terry Proctor all of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren, Michelle Allen, Jackie Kimes, Ashley Allen, T.L. Proctor, James Thomas Burnett, and Frances DuBose; along with numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
