Funeral services for Vera Mae Fletcher Valderez, 83, of Livingston, Texas will be held Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Pastor James Rosier officiating. Interment will follow at the Center Grove Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Friday, October 23, 2026, from 5:00-7:0 p.m., at the funeral home.

Vera was born August 17, 1943, in Votaw, Texas and passed away October 19, 2026, in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Ira Cornelius Rosier; mother, Ethel Mabel Tanton Rosier; brother, Calvin Earl Rosier Sr.; sister, Patsy Ann Rosier Love; husband, Albert Fletcher; husband, Ray Adams; husband, Manuel Valderez; daughter, Amanda Reneé Fletcher; and granddaughters, Megan Willson and Brandy Willson Massingill.

She Is survived by her sister, Betty Hendrix and husband Edwin of Dallardsville; brother, James Rosier and wife Faye of Center; daughters, Debra Fletcher Hodge and husband Elton "Shorty" of Onalaska, Sandra Fletcher Sherwood and husband Perry Leon of Ft. Worth, and Andrea Kay Fletcher Remedies and husband Allen of Many, LA; sons, Kenneth Edward Fletcher and wife Emily of Leggett and Timothy Charles Fletcher and wife Angel of Leggett; grandchildren, Daniel Hodge and wife Leslie from Onalaska, James Albert Hodge and wife Lauren of Onalaska, Kerri Hodge Bynog and husband Jasper of Natchitoches, LA, Levi Willson from Livingston, Durk Remedies and wife Sandy of Hornbeck, LA, Nickalas Remedies and wife Olivia of Many, LA, Toni Whatley and husband Robert of Leggett, Tanner Fletcher and wife Chelsea Jo of Leggett, Rayna Oates and husband Jordan of Leggett, Ashton Golembiewski and husband Richey of Leggett, Elizabeth Stamey of Leggett, Robert Stamey of Leggett, Dean Fletcher and wife Ashley of Leggett, Shelby Cox and husband Phillip of Hemphill, T.J.
