Vernon ""Butch"" Covington, age 554, of Livingston, Texas, passed away on December 26, 2012, in Lufkin, Texas. Vernon was born on March 5, 1958, in Houston, Texas, to parents, Donald and Velma Lee Biziak Covington.
Vernon is preceded in death by his father, Donald Covington; and two brothers, Ricky Covington and Donnie Covington. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Covington, of Huntsville, Texas; son, Patrick Covington, of San Diego, California; the mother of his children, Marilyn Covington, of Huntsville, Texas; mother, Velma Covington, of Magnolia, Texas; sisters, Connie and Diane, both of Magnolia, Texas; granddaughter, Dynasty Covington, of San Diego, Texas.
Memorial Services for Vernon ""Butch"" Covington will be held Monday, December 31, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston. Patrick Covington will officiate the services.
