Graveside services for Vicki Lynn Coogler, 74, of Cleveland, Texas, will be held Monday, June 28, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in the Restland Memorial Park Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Andy Cherry officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, June 28, 2021, from 2:00 - 3:00 pm in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. Coogler was born March 3, 1947 in Livingston, Texas to parents, Cecil Edward Roten and Jeannie Mae (Williams) Roten, and passed away June 22, 2021 in Cleveland, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Carolyn Smith; niece, Leslie Lynn; and brother and sister-in-law, Sidney and Elaine Smith.

She is survived her husband, Randy Coogler; son, Allen Coogler Jr. and wife Michelle; grandson, Justin Coogler and wife Samantha; granddaughter, Carley Coogler; great grandchildren, Ava Coogler and Addison Coogler; brother-in-law, Howard Smith; nephews, Brandon Smith and Brett Smith; niece, Lori Smith; and brother-in-law, J.D. Coogler and wife, Dee; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
