VIRGINIA FRENCH BENDER
Funeral Services for Virginia French Bender, age 79, of Livingston will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston. Interment will follow in the Restland Memorial Park. Pallbearers are: William Deaville, William Munn, John Spinks, Eric McAdams, Travis Wakefield and Jimmy Hickmon. Honoerary Pallbearers are Bill Anderson, Eugene Boyd and Melvin Mixon. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel.
She was born on December 22, 1932, in Houston, Texas to parents, Leland and Orveda Baxley and passed away on January 21, 2012, in Conroe, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Norman French; second husband, Edmond Bender; sister, Merle Nelson; and brothers, Irving Baxley and Alfred Baxley.
Virginia is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lenelle & Isaac Deaville of Livingston; son, Norman French, Jr. of Livingston; daughter and son-in-law, Ann & Bill Munn of Spring; grandchildren, William Paul Deaville, Kimberlee Wakefield, Casi McAdams, William Munn and Lisa Munn; brother, James Baxley of Florida; and 11 great grandchildren. Numerous relatives and friends also survive.
