Obituary
Funeral services for Virginia Nell Clifton, 73, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Col. Howard Daniels officiating. Interment will follow in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2015 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Ms. Clifton was born February 5, 1942 in Livingston, Texas to parents, Tobe Clifton and Doshie (Hieronimus) Clifton, and passed away August 28, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. During her life, she was a member of the Chesswood Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Lloyd Clifton Jr. and Bobby Mack Clifton; sister, Barbara Jane Clifton.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Kathy Clifton of Livingston, Texas; sister, Louise Ogden of Livingston, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Faylene and Gene Boddie of Highlands, Texas; nieces, Susan Reagan, Michelle Sample and Jennifer Simard; nephews, Ronald Boddie, Mark Boddie and Dusty Ogden; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers: Robert Simard, Steve Sample, Dusty Ogden, Ronald Boddie, Mark Boddie, Keith Reagan
Honorary Pallbearers: City of Livingston, Livingston Lions Club, Livingston Fire Department, Livingston Police Department, Livingston Independent School District
