Virginia Lucille Hodge, 65, of Leggett, Texas was born on June 23, 1959 in Crockett, Texas and passed away December 19, 2024 in Houston, Texas.

On February 11, 1977 Virginia married Doyle they made their home in Onalaska and had 3 children, Sabrina in 1977, Amanda in 1980 and Doyle Two in 1986. In 2000 they moved to Leggett Texas and 2001 they had Cathy the baby of the family and it was complete.

Virginia is proceeded in death by her parents; Ben and Christina James, Raymond and Joyce Wilson; father-in-law and mother in-law, John B and Lota Hodge; sister, Judy Wilson; brothers, Charlie Wilson and Tommy Wilson; sisters-in-law, Lorien Strickland and Mae Wilson; great granddaughter, Summer Fields; special friend, Daisy Cleveland; and 2 angel babies she is now joined with in heaven.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Doyle Hodge Sr. of Leggett, Texas; son and daughter in-law, Doyle and Kelsie Hodge of Onalaska, Texas; daughters, Sabrina Hodge of Leggett,  Texas, Cathy Hodge of Onalaska, Texas, and Amanda Cleveland and husband Bubba of Lufkin, Texas; grandchildren, Matthew Barnett, Ashley and Aaron Weese, Titus and Alexis Barnett, Aaron Fields, Rose and Tyriq Robinson, Macey and Corey George, Bridget Cleveland, Hannah Hodge, Khloe Hodge, Brantley Whisenhunt, Remi Hodge, Jarrett Parrish, Walker Parrish, Sage Purvis, and Doyle Hodge III; great grandchildren, Autumn Weese, Samuel Weese, Coltin Fields, Emma Barnett, Gus Nicholson, Hazen Nicholson, and Russell George; siblings and in-laws, Marie Noble, Ruby and Keith Boutain, Shelia and Steve Adams, Minnie and Gary Wilson, James Wilson, Cathy Lumberez, Brenda Wilson, Raymond Wilson II, Elton & Debra Hodge, Jacqueline Hodge, and Sharon Hodge; and special friend more like a sister, Camy Kennedy; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Cochran Funeral Home Livingston. Visitation Funeral Home Livingston.

Visitation: Friday, December 27, 2024, from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Service: Saturday, December 28th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Dennis Hodge officiating.

Interment: Jones Prairie Cemetery in Leggett, Texas.

Pallbearers: Doyle Hodge Jr, Bubba Cleveland, Ronald Hodge, Richard Noble, Charles Hodge, Ricky Johnson, James Wilson, and Jamie Dowthitt.
