Mr. Walter Lee Stanford, 75, of Onalaska, Texas was born November 11, 1945 to parents, Ray Stanford and Ida Dell (Lilley) Stanford, and passed away November 28, 2020 in Lufkin, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Lilley Ray Emanuel.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Stanford of Onalaska; daughter, Leia Stanford Morris of Onalaska; daughter, Leslie Stanford Smith and husband, Mark of Conroe; granddaughter, Dava Morris Clark of Houston; great-grandson, Dean Clark of Houston; sister, Verginia Stanford Mills and husband, Cecil of Texas City; and brother-in-law, Buddy Emanuel of Woodstock, Georgia; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
