Obituary
Funeral services for Rev. Walton Clarence Phillips age 84 of Livingston, will be held Sunday January 11, 2009, at 2:00pm in the chapel of Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Borden officiating and interment to follow in the Peebles Cemetery.
Rev. Phillips was born February 22, 1924 in Jacksonville, Texas the son of Emmit and Lillie Payne Phillips and passed away January 9, 2009 in Livingston.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his son Robert Phillips and granddaughter Michelle Phillips.
He is survived by his wife, Syble Phillips of Livingston, David & Margaret Phillips, son and daughter in law of Livingston, Lowell Phillips, son of Livingston, Dian Platler, daughter of Livingston, Audrey phillips, daughter of Austin, Texas, Ruby Fay Walker, sister, 10, grandchildren, 21, great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends also survive.
