Mrs. Wanda Ruth Brower, 88, of Livingston, Texas was born December 19, 1932 in Vernon, Texas, to parents, L.C. Byrd and Maggie Alice (Johnson) Byrd, and passed away December 29, 2020 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; and sons, Billy Wayne Kincheloe, Richard Lee Brower, and Kenneth Paul Brower.

She is survived by her husband, John Brower of Livingston; son, Michael Brower and wife, Sylvia of Livingston; daughter-in-law, Mary Jo Brower of Livingston; and grandchildren, Alexander Brower, John Brower, Kenneth Paul Brower Jr., and Kyla Deanne Carmela Key; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
