Funeral services for Wayne G. Brock, 72, of Seven Oaks, Texas, will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Fred Huff officiating. Interment will follow at Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Military honors will be provided by VFW Honor Guard Post #8568. Visitation will be held at 5:00 PM, Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Cochran Funeral Home.

Mr. Brock was born on December 15, 1941 in Camp Wood, Texas and passed away on March 13, 2014 in Conroe, Texas. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and later worked as a logger during his lifetime. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Mable (Atkinson) Brock; and brothers, Willard Brock and William Brock.

He is survived by his brother, Walter Brock of Wichita Falls, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Wallace Brock and Deanna of Porter, Texas; sister, Wanda Brock of Seven Oaks, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Wilma Swanson and Joe of Livingston, Texas; nieces, Wanda Hammond and Christy Hammond, both of Livingston, Texas; nephews, Jonathon Hammond of Livingston, Texas, Michael Brock of Willis, Texas and Wesley Brock of Lufkin, Texas; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Mr. Brock will be escorted to his grave by pallbearers, Wesley Brock, Michael Brock, Jonathon Hammond, Shane Stuard, Tyler Stuard, and Larry Stuard.
