Obituary
Funeral services for Wayne Russell Skinner, 86, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas with Bro. Larry Shine officiating. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas.
Mr. Skinner was born July 25, 1929 in Dallas County, Texas to parents, Horace R. Skinner and Audrey (Batson) Skinner, and passed away November 29, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Kenneth Skinner; and sister, Esteline Kindred.
He is survived by his daughter, Linda Skinner of Auburn, New York; daughter, Donna Martin of Palestine, Texas; son, Calvin Skinner and wife, Jennifer of Liberty, Texas; grandchildren, Laura Shows and husband, William, Jennifer Cupples, Joseph Landry, Jamie Tatom and husband, Robert, Lindsey San Miguel and husband, Joshua, Adam Martin and wife, Jessica, Bella Skinner, and Charlotte Skinner; 10 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; sister, Jo Ann Black of Conroe, Texas; along with numerous other loved ones and friends.
