Graveside services for William R. "Bill" Smith, 82, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livington, Texas with J.W. Kirkham officiating.

Mr. Smith was born September 15, 1936 in Houston, Texas, to parents, Raymond Jett Smith and Bertie Mae (Stephenson) Smith, and passed away November 1, 2018 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Smith of Livingston, Texas; son, Rusty Smith of Livingston, Texas; cousin, Tommy Fregia of Houston, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
