Obituary
William Jennings Carter, age 55 of Haughton, Louisiana, passed away on May 21, 2013. He was born on January 16, 1958, in Livingston, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Edward Dale Carter and Bobbie Jean Parham Carter, and his sister, Peggy Cherry. He is survived by his son, William Andrew Carter; daughters, Brandy White and Lecie; siblings, Shirley Hooks, Albert Dale Carter, Betty Carter, Bobbie Young, and Connie Griggs.
A graveside service will be held Friday, May 24, 2013, at 2:00 PM, at Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 23, 2013, at 5:00 PM, at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
He was a friend of many and will be missed and loved by all.
