William "Bill" Dale Newton, 63, of Livingston, Texas was born December 15, 1958 in Pasadena, Texas, to parents, Vivien Bill Newton and Shirley Ann (Lavalley) Newton, and passed away March 11, 2022 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Newton is survived by his wife, Marilyn Newton of Livingston, Texas; son, Shaun Newton of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, J.R. and Michelle Deckert of Katy, Texas; son, Lee Stephens of Livingston, Texas; granddaughters, Kirsten Deckert and Sarah Deckert; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie and Wayne Stockell of Cleveland, Texas, Patti and Jerry Spell of Atascocita, Texas, Tammy and Johnny Beavers of Splendora, Texas, and Judy and Dan Gossett of Pasadena, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was loved dearly by all that knew him and will be extremely missed.
