Memorial services for William "Buck" Goins, 52, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ridin' On Faith Cowboy Church in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Steve Weaver officiating. Mr. Goins was born January 3, 1964 in Groveton, Texas to parents, Orvill Lester Goins and Wilma (Glover) Goins, and passed away August 25, 2016 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Orvill Lester Goins; sisters, Tina Hall and Schelena Kendall; brother, Orvill Ray Goins; and daughter, Sabrina Beth Goins.

He is survived by his sons, Anthony Goins and Michael Goins both of Livingston, Texas; mother, Wilma Kelley of Groveton, Texas; brother, Richard Goins of Kirbyville, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Joe Kelley of Groveton, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Tray Martin of Lufkin, Texas; special friends, Melinda Murphy of Livingston, Texas and Michael Parrish of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many other relatives and friends.
