William Roy Mitchell, 67, of Livingston, Texas was born June 24, 1955 in West Virginia, and passed away July 18, 2022 in Conroe, Texas. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
William is survived by his wife, Sylvia Maire of Livingston, Texas; along with other relatives and friends.
