William T. Mumma was born June 10, 1928 in Springfield, Ohio, to parents, Cecil Mumma and Jean (Trout) Mumma, and passed away August 8, 2016 in Livingston, Texas. He attended the University of Cincinnati and proudly served his country in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Melinda Mumma.

He is survived by his wife, Carol J. Mumma of Livingston, Texas; and numerous other relatives and friends.
