William Elmer Osinga, 78, of Livingston, Texas was born December 14, 1947, in Jersey City, New Jersey and passed away July 15, 2026, om Houston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Osinga and Charlotte Ann Lewis Osinga; and brothers, Gary Osinga and Harry Osinga.
William is survived by his wife, Lucy Osinga of Livingston, Texas; daughters, Bobbie Spencer and husband JT of Livingston, Texas, and Cindy Lomperski and husband Bruce of Sacramento, California; grandchildren, Noah Ford, Patrick Lomperski, Jacob Lomperski, Dane Spencer, and Jace Spencer; brother, Mark Osinga and wife Pam of Florida; and sisters, Faith Strubie and husband Al of South Carolina, and Gaye Kish and husband Roger of North Carolina; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
