Funeral services for William Dale Pennington age 76 of Magnolia, Texas will be held Monday January 19, 2009 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, with Rev. Don Kidd officiating.

He was born October 6, 1932 in Westville, Texas the son of Clyde & Lucille Mallard Pennington, and passed away Thursday January 15, 2009 in Tomball, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clyde & Lucille Pennington, daughter, Jimmie Dale ""Penny"" McAllen, son Steven Kent Pennington and brother David Pennington.

Mr. Pennington is survived by Jimmie Pennington, wife, of Magnolia, Texas, Terry & Michael Stanley, daughter & son in law, Stewart & Penny McAllen, grandson & wife, Michael Anthony Stanley, grandson, Chad Stanley, grandson, Maria Garza, Dale McAllen, Chad Stanly, great grandchildren, Alexis, Asyia, and Damion, great great grandchildren, Bruce & Francis Pennington, brother & sister in law, Jerry & Patricia Pennington, brother & sister in law and King Lane, brother.
