William Raymond Perkins, 83, of Goodrich, Texas was born January 16, 1937 and passed away August 16, 2020 in Goodrich, Texas.  He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and the United States Army and retired from the military. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Perkins is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Lorie Conley; granddaughter, Nicole Conley; and grandson, Jonathan Conley; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
