William Donald Pratt, age 77 of Livingston, Texas, passed away on May 7, 2013, in Conroe, Texas. William was born on October 14, 1935, in Houston, Texas, to parents, John Henry and Marie Puckett Pratt. William loved wood working and car racing. He worked for General Electric for nineteen and a half years; he then was self-employed as a contract electrician up until his retirement.

William is preceded in death by both of his parents, John and Marie Pratt; first wife, Sue Pratt; sister, Janice Johnston; and son, Kevin Gilbertson. He is survived by his wife, Rose Pratt, of Willis, Texas; daughter, Kathleen LaCrosse, of San Francisco, California; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Sweeney and Bill, of Willis, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, William David Pratt, Sr. and Valarie, of Kingwood, Texas; son, Kerry Gilbertson, of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Marlene, Eric, Lauren, Leah, Will, and Brady; brother and sister-in-law, John Pratt and Connie, of Temple, Texas; brother-in-law, Billy Ray Johnston, of Amarillo, Texas; along with numerous other nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for William Pratt will be held Friday, May 10, 2013, at 2:00 PM, at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

There will be a private memorial service for immediate family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to the American Heart Association.
