Funeral services for Winfred Carrol Robinett, 91, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Tim Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., Saturday, May 14, 2022 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Winfred was born December 11, 1930 in Crockett, Texas to parents, Jay Gool Robinett and Arminta Janie (Kelley) Robinett and passed away on May 11, 2022 in Livingston, Texas.  He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Evelyn Robinett; daughter, Tonja Stewart; and four brothers. During his life, Winfred worked for, and eventually retired from, the Trinity River Authority. He also attended Leggett Baptist Church and was an avid outdoorsman.

He is survived by his son, Ronald Robinett of Livingston; daughter, Debbie Carlisle and husband, Richard of Livingston; and son-in-law, Jerold Stewart also of Livingston; grandchildren, Stephen Campbell, Daniel Campbell, Shannon Fielder, and Sarah Robinett; and great-grandchildren, Lance Campbell, Blake Campbell, Luke Campbell, Scot Campbell, Kayla Fielder, Logan Campbell, and Ashley Campbell; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
