Winnie Carol Oliver, 81, was born August 30, 1941, in Little Rock, Arkansas to her parents, Leland Johnston and Dorothy (Caraker) Johnston, and passed away January 2, 2023 in Kingwood, Texas. She is preceded by her husband, ML Oliver; parents; brothers, Ronnie Johnston, Bobby Johnston, and Wayne Johnston; nephew, Mark Johnston; and grandson, Seth Broesche.

She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Woods and husband Danny of South Houston, Texas; son, Mike Oliver of Lake Wells, Florida; daughter, Roxane Oliver and fiancé Chip of Houston, Texas; son, David Oliver and wife Julie of Shepherd, Texas; daughter, Dianna Potter and husband Earl of Schulenburg, Texas; son Ralph Clark and wife Ann of Huntsville, Texas; daughter, Debbie Ard of Pasadena, Texas; brother, Freddie Johnston of Pasadena, Texas; sister, Reba Byer and husband Ray of Pasadena, Texas; granddaughters, Shonda Ackman and husband Jim of South Houston, Texas, Sutton Eddings of Dallas, Texas, Jordan Coffey and fiancé Enrique of Houston, Texas, and Ashli Trevillian of New Waverly, Texas; and great granddaughter, Alyssa Ackman and fiancé Mitch of Houston, Texas; as well as numerous other loved ones and friends.
