Graveside services Zelene Phillips, 95, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Gerald Morris officiating.
Mrs. Phillips was born October 21, 1920 in Polk County, Texas to parents, William Henry Grady Stephens and Naomi (Gaylord) Stephens, and passed away August 27, 2016 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of 76 years, John Marshall Phillips; brothers, John Henry Stephens, and Otho Lee Stephens; and sister-in-law, Casciel Stephens.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Gaffney Phillips of Livingston, Texas; grandson, Grady Phillips of San Antonio, Texas; and sister-in-law, Lunell Stephens of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
