Obit for Zula Nix
A Memorial Service for Zula Nix, age 80, of Livingston, TX was held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, TX . Bro. Ted Savage will conduct the service.
Mrs. Nix was born on June 3, 1931, in Gilmer, TX to parents, John and Maggie Richards. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Richard Nix, Sr., and daughter, Belinda Kay Hardin. Mrs. Nix is survived by two sons, J. R. Nix of Livingston and Tommy Nix of Gilmer; four grandsons, D. J. Helpenstill of Livingston, Jesse James Nix of Portsmouth, OH, James Brandon Nix of Kilgore, and Jody Wayne Nix of Longview; one granddaughter, Angela Kay Nix of Gilmer; and numerous other relatives and friends.
